Ezg88 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ezg88 platform through our website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use ezg88's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the ezg88 management. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms signifies your acceptance of those amendments. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use any services on this platform.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on ezg88. Multiple registrations are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. When registering, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid email address, and mobile phone number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your account credentials with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the ezg88 support team immediately.
Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. ezg88 reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your identification card or proof of address to meet compliance requirements.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the ezg88 platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, automated software, or any other method to exploit the gaming system.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illicit financial activity through the platform.
- Registering using false information or another person's identity.
- Communicating with other users using offensive language, threats, or inappropriate content.
- Attempting to access restricted system areas or unauthorised data.
- Selling, transferring, or trading your account to another party.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without any refund of remaining credits.
Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the ezg88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ezg88 supports a variety of local payment methods, including FPX bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, RHB, and Public Bank.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected. All deposits will be credited to the user's account once transaction confirmation is received. Processing times typically range from instant to 15 minutes, depending on the method used.
Fund withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Full account verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 or as per the prevailing rate at the time.
- Withdrawal processing time is between 1 to 3 business days.
- Ezg88 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes.
- All transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
Any disputes related to transactions must be reported to the ezg88 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limitations
Ezg88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, business interruption, or reputational damage. ezg88's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the ezg88 platform, including but not limited to designs, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code, is the intellectual property of ezg88 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The ezg88 platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided solely for user convenience. ezg88 has no control over the content of those websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Ezg88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: breach of terms of use, suspected fraud, illegal activity, account inactivity exceeding 12 months, or at the user's own request. In the case of closure upon user request, any eligible credit balance will be returned after verification is complete.
Changes to Terms
Ezg88 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
